More than a feature list

Build a calmer revenue workflow.

Tint Manager is built around the work that keeps a tint shop healthy: responding to opportunities, moving quotes forward, protecting the schedule, and knowing what happens next.

Talk through your workflow
01

Recover the next opportunity

Bring calls, forms, photos, measurements, and notes into one lead record so promising work does not disappear between tools.

02

Make follow-up dependable

Give owners and staff a shared view of what needs a response, a quote, a booking, or a human-reviewed nudge.

03

Keep the job moving

Carry the customer from proposal to schedule to payment without asking the team to re-enter the story at every handoff.

Before

A lead lives in a voicemail, a quote in a text thread, and tomorrow in someone’s head.

With Tint Manager

One shared record shows the next action, the owner, and the state of the job.

One system, start to finish

Built for the way tint work actually moves.

Send a branded link for rough dimensions and photos, then keep every handoff clear through proposal, install, and payment.

A clearer operating picture

Know what needs attention—and why.

Turn the records your team already keeps into a grounded view of revenue, job economics, and the next actions that keep work moving.

  1. 01

    See where revenue is moving

See collected revenue, outstanding invoices, lead conversion, and proposal acceptance without stitching together separate tools.

  2. 02

    Film-cost margin

Compare each signed-off job’s invoiced value with recorded film cost—without rebuilding the numbers in a spreadsheet.

  3. 03

Give the owner a useful brief

Turn shop activity into a short list of facts and next actions instead of another dashboard to interpret.

Built for the right working shop

A useful pilot starts with a real workflow.

Early access is intentionally selective. We are looking for shops with enough recurring work to test whether Tint Manager becomes part of the operating routine—not just another login.

A strong fit

  • An established automotive or flat-glass tint shop with recurring work.
  • Several active customer conversations, quotes, or jobs at the same time.
  • A recurring problem with follow-up, scheduling, handoffs, or payment visibility.
  • An owner or manager who can involve the people doing the work.
  • A willingness to use the product consistently and share candid feedback.

Probably not yet

  • An idea-stage shop without a repeatable operating workflow yet.
  • A business looking primarily for marketing services or lead generation.
  • A team requiring extensive custom development before it can begin.
  • An organization that cannot involve the owner, manager, or daily users.

What happens next

From application to one working loop.

A short application starts the conversation. Selection comes after the current workflow, product fit, and participation expectations are clear.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us how the shop runs, where work gets stuck, and who would use Tint Manager.

  2. 02

    Talk through the workflow

Walk through the current process and the operational problem worth solving first.

  3. 03

    Confirm the fit

Make sure the current product, participation expectations, and selected workflow line up.

  4. 04

    Start with one real loop

Selected shops activate a defined workflow, use it in normal work, and review what changed.

Early-access FAQ

Clear scope before the first login.

The round table is a product-learning program for selected shops, not a public trial or a promise of unlimited services.

What stage is Tint Manager in?

Tint Manager is in private early access. We are working with a small number of active shops to validate which workflows create repeatable value before opening broader access.

Who is the round table for?

It is for working automotive and flat-glass tint shops with recurring operational work, an engaged decision-maker, and a specific workflow they want to run more clearly.

Does Tint Manager support automotive and flat-glass work?

Yes. The current product includes automotive job and bay workflows plus residential and commercial flat-glass projects with measurements, window schedules, proposals, installation context, invoices, and payments. Early access still starts with one defined workflow rather than every capability at once.

Can I export my data?

Current Reports provide CSV exports for invoices and payments. Broader customer and project exports are not presented as available today, so any required handoff or exit format should be confirmed during the fit review before activation.

Which integrations are available today?

Current lead capture supports website forms, generic inbound webhooks that can work with tools such as Zapier, and CallRail. Stripe supports configured customer payments. QuickBooks sync and first-class Zapier actions are planned rather than current, and controlled API-key access is not available to every early-access shop. Confirm any required integration before selection.

What happens after I apply?

We review the application and follow up by email when the shop looks like a strong fit. Applying does not guarantee selection or immediate product access.

What participation is expected?

Selected shops should use the agreed workflow during normal work, join occasional review conversations, and provide specific feedback from the people using the product.

Does early access include custom development or consulting?

No. The round table has a defined product and feedback scope. Productizable improvements may be considered, but participation is not an unlimited customization, migration, training, or consulting engagement.

Is public pricing finalized?

No public early-access or continuation price is promised on this site. Any applicable terms are shared directly before a selected shop decides whether to participate or continue.
